Job Overview:
As an A&D Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our architectural and design materials to architects, designers, and contractors. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with product knowledge, technical support, and outstanding customer service. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the design and construction industries to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architecture and design sector.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to architects, interior designers, and contractors.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by developing strategic sales plans.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert knowledge on product features, benefits, and applications.
    • Follow up on client inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure client needs are met.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in architectural and design materials.
    • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on product specifications, installation, and maintenance.
  • Market Research and Reporting:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the architecture and design industry.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the A&D market.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in the A&D materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow-through, and manage a demanding workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines

Travel
